About Dr Juhi

I am Dr. Juhi Kumawat, a Yoga professional with a PhD in Yoga, a Master’s degree in Yoga, and UGC-NET/JRF qualification. My journey in yoga brings together traditional yogic wisdom, academic teaching, and scientific research. Having worked as an Assistant Professor and currently working in Research and Development, I enjoy exploring how yoga can be meaningfully applied in everyday life. I believe yoga is much more than physical postures; it is a way to develop self-awareness, balance, discipline, and inner well-being. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with students and helping each person discover a yoga practice that suits their individual needs, abilities, and goals.
