About Anaïs
My training of STAPS Sports Training License and Expert Master in Physical and Mental Preparation allowed me to deepen my knowledge on the importance of a daily sport practice.
Thus, my different experiences with public leisure activities allowed me to set up sessions ranging from cardio training, muscle strengthening, stretching etc. According to your objectives, a program will be carried out with an objective of progress, self-confidence and well-being.
My interventions are also focused on competitive audiences with the objective of achieving a performance. For this, we will carry out together a programming / planning and adapted sessions. Achieving performance is only possible with an athlete in good shape and without injury. Thus, injury prevention is at the heart of my intervention.

My intervention is based on listening and individualizing training.
The definition of your objectives will be a first step for your training (using tests or other benchmarks). Thus, the notion of pleasure and progress will be at the heart of the sessions.
My studies and resulting experiences have enabled me to intervene in an adult leisure audience (with the objective of maintaining physical activity , weight loss etc.) to a competitive audience of young people and adults (performance optimization).
