About Clayton
I am a recent college graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder, and am currently engaged in astrophysical research at the University of Utah. Along with my research, I greatly enjoy scientific outreach, communication, and teaching. Clearly communicating a scientific topic in an understandable way is a specialty of mine, but I always enjoy the chance to discuss any given topic more deeply.

I focus on the why of what you are learning, teaching some of the theory so that you can get a deeper level of understanding.
I will look into what you are learning in order to make more tailored lesson plans, giving unique tutoring every session. Explaining difficult topics in an easy to understand way is my specialty.
These lessons are for everyone interested in math or physics. If you are struggling with the basics, or if you have a deep passion and want to focus on more niche avenues, my lessons will fit to what you need.

Perfect! Before Clayton’s help, I was completely lost in physics. He broke down difficult concepts in a way that actually made sense to me. Because of his help, I ended up passing the class with a much better grade than I expected. He is continuing to help me through my next physics class. I would highly, highly recommend working with him.
