About Emily
From a very young age I have always been an avid learner, especially with mathematical and scientific subjects. I am eager to help other students learn to enjoy maths and to gain a full understanding of the topics they’re studying. At University level, I often work in small groups when tackling problems so I am confident in my ability to explain a concept to others in a way that can be easily understood. I will always be patient and compassionate when teaching others as I know as a former A level student how stressful it can be learning a new topic for the first time.

I will provide one hour tutoring sessions via Zoom and will focus on helping you with practice questions, homework or any exam questions you may be stuck on. My goal is to support your learning and understanding of maths so that you will feel more confident when it comes to sitting the exams. I have two years of experience studying the subject at A level and am now furthering my knowledge studying Physics at University.
