About Jason
I'm a physiology, kinesiology, pharmacology and anatomy student also attempting to acquire my certificate in personal training. I'm ahead of the game and will continue to stay ahead due to my love and desire to understand the human body. The secondary effect to this is, I'm always in the books. Whether it's published medical documents or a literal book, I'm always learning the most up to date information. That being said, I'm a skeptic until I know it's undisputable. If there isn't sufficient documents and multiple cases completed with the same or similar evidence, I will either dismiss it or wait for a new test to be conducted to validate the information.
In addition to all aforementioned, I have experience in the military and can teach some of the lessons learned. Whether it's about understanding true leadership, resiliency, or the work/home harmony method, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how to manage your time, which tasks to pick up, delegate, or drop, as well as important communication skills for work.

In these lessons, I'll be working with you to build the best version of you possible. You'll be focusing on building and/or rebuilding your four pillars of life (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual); creating specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time specific goals; improving on self-confidence, compassion, and esteem; understanding and adapting to leadership, communication, and resiliency skills; understanding how to create eustress while de-stressing; improving sleep and sleep hygiene; balancing work and personal life.
My method of teaching adapts to the way you comprehend information. Everyone has a specific way to grasp information and as such you may receive PowerPoint Presentations, asked to attend Zoom calls, given questionnaires to build on your expectations of life, and/or given scientifically backed studies for references.
I'm different from a lot of tutors because of my deeper scientific, physiological and pharmacologic background as well as requiring myself to dive into research before presenting it as fact. I also keep up with the most up to date information, something I've seen most people do not do.
These lessons are for those who are unsure of how to progress in life at the stage they're at right now. I offer the training to take back your physical performance, mental fortitude, and emotional stability.
