About Pamela
My name is Pamela Avelar and I am graduated in Physiotherapy, I work with the Pilates Method for training and rehabilitation of body functions since 2015. I work in person at the company Studio MT, based in Sumaré and with home care in the city of Sumaré and region.

To start Pilates classes, you go through a Physiotherapy Assessment, to prepare the Attendance Plan with the Pilates Method Exercises. The Service Plan is prepared in a personalized way with Solo Pilates exercises, also known as Mat Pilates. We use accessories that you already have at home, for example, a chair or a broomstick to help or progress the exercises. The Pilates call center is always accompanied and guided with verbal commands, explaining exactly what needs to be done during the exercise, and using the postural corrections necessary for a healthy and quality practice, and visual commands, that is, demonstrating the exercises of Pilates. The experience is monitored in each class, its progress is perceived and periodic reassessments are carried out.

Faço aula de pilates com aparelhos com a Pamela há muitos anos. Professora dedicada, sempre pergunta como estou e direciona os exercícios de acordo com o que estou sentindo. Com os exercícios específicos ocorre melhoras e me ajuda a manter a postura e fazer as mudanças do meu modo durante o dia a dia, de forma a estar sempre melhorando ou minimizando as dores de más posturas. Agora, nestes tempos de pandemia que estou em casa ela está me dando aula on-line de modo exclusivo de forma que os efeitos são bem melhores.
