About Wasif
I am a 25 year old Swiss national and I am studying MSc Physiotherapy at Cardiff University. I have trained people all over the world, online and in person. I myself train every day, even with lockdown and no gyms being available. Even if you have no equipment, I can help you get into the best shape of your life so you feel and look healthy! :)

I spend quite some time making sure you understand what we are doing and why we are doing it the way we are, in the order that we are. I always make sure to encourage questions from my clients. I feel that if you understand what the purpose is, it will make it a lot easier for you to follow and stick to the plans!
