About Lorine
"Do you feel limited by your current piano skills? I hold a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance from Singapore Management University.
My 13 years of experience cover everything from classical repertoire to jazz improvisation. I focus on posture, hand position, and pedaling technique.
We drill dynamics, expression, and sight playing. Sight transposition is another tool I use. I have taught 201 students to date. My approach is methodical and patient."

"Trying to play faster often leads to more mistakes rather than better music. I identify the tension in your playing to fix it before we move forward. You receive a diagnostic playing assessment before we set a learning plan for your progress. My 13 years of experience guide our work on grade exam prep for ABRSM or Trinity boards.
We build a solid foundation so the music sounds natural and effortless. It is satisfying to see how students handle complex rhythms after we break them down properly."
