About Arden
I hold a Master’s degree in Piano Performance and have 8 years of teaching experience working with students across different levels. My journey with piano began with a deep interest in music, which gradually grew into a strong passion for teaching and performance. Over the years, I have helped students build strong technical foundations and develop confidence in their musical abilities.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and step-by-step development. I ensure students fully understand each concept before moving forward, helping them build skills gradually and confidently. I use demonstrations, structured practice methods, and personalized feedback to support improvement. I also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s learning pace and comfort level to create a positive and supportive environment.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy practicing piano and exploring different musical styles to continue improving my skills. Teaching piano is very fulfilling because I see students grow in confidence and ability over time. Helping them achieve their musical goals motivates me to continue teaching with dedication and care.

Learning piano becomes more rewarding when students understand how technique, rhythm, and expression connect to create meaningful music instead of simply focusing on correct notes. My lessons are designed to build strong foundations in finger control, posture, coordination, and music reading through clear and structured guidance. I explain each concept step by step so students can understand how to play smoothly and confidently. I also include exercises that improve timing, control, and expressive playing, helping students develop both accuracy and musical feeling. Each session is calm and supportive, allowing students to learn at their own pace while building confidence steadily.
I plan lessons based on each student’s level and personal goals to ensure steady and balanced progress. Beginners focus on understanding the keyboard, simple melodies, and correct hand positioning. Intermediate learners work on scales, coordination between hands, and more detailed compositions. Advanced students focus on expressive playing, dynamic control, and performance preparation. Practice routines, guided exercises, and regular feedback are included in every lesson to support continuous improvement and deeper understanding.
Piano learning also helps students develop focus, patience, and creativity. As they improve, they gain confidence in their ability to express emotions through music. Many students find piano both relaxing and fulfilling over time. My goal is to make piano learning structured, engaging, and confidence-building for every learner.
