About Sara
Classes for children, youth or adults. In my classes the repertoire can go from classical to pop / rock, corresponding to a compromise between the student's interests and my guidelines for a better technical and musical progression. I do not follow a specific methodology, approaching piano pedagogy in a personalized way, but I use repertoire of several methodologies (J. Thompson, CL Hanon, H. Leonard, Faber, Trinity, etc.). Developing a taste for regular instrument practice and student motivation are the main focus of class. I make at least one annual presentation of student work. I offer the possibility of preparing and conducting international examinations (Trinity College). I am a teacher and pianist with 6 years of experience.

I give classes weekly in my spaces (I have a space in the Olivais, in Lisbon, and another in the center of Barreiro) or at home. Classes for children, youth or adults. The repertoire can go from the classic, to the pop / rock, corresponding to the interests of the student. Possibility of preparation and realization of international exams (Trinity College). Sara Pestana - I'm a teacher and pianist with many years of experience. I have the complete course of the national conservatory. I have a degree in Music Sciences. I have performed at the Assembly of the Republic, Aula Magna, Jeronimos Monastery, CCB, São Luiz Theater, among other places. Use Location: Bairro da Encarnação / Olivais (Lisbon); Barreiro (center) I also give classes at home. Values: In my spaces: 70 euros per month (1 hour per week) At the student's house: from 100 euros per month (1 hour per week)
