Hi, I’m a piano teacher with a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Piano and over nine years of teaching experience. I specialize in helping students prepare for music exams, college auditions, and professional gigs. My teaching approach is personalized and motivating, designed to match each student’s goals and learning style. I focus on building strong technical skills, musical expression, and confidence at the keyboard. Lessons include repertoire, improvisation, sight-reading, and music theory, all tailored to individual needs. I guide students through structured practice plans while keeping sessions engaging and inspiring. I also emphasize performance skills, stage presence, and expressive interpretation, helping students shine in exams and live performances. I prepare students for exams such as ABRSM, Rockschool, and A-Levels, providing structured guidance and tailored practice strategies. I introduce the history of music to help students connect with pieces on a deeper level.
I support learners who excel in expressive, stylistic playing and those who enjoy creating their own music, helping them reach their potential. Lessons are interactive, personalized, and paced according to each student’s goals.
