About Kaia
I hold a Master’s degree in Piano Performance and have 10 years of experience teaching piano to students of different ages and skill levels. My journey with the piano began early and developed into a strong passion for both performance and teaching. I believe that learning piano should be enjoyable and rewarding for every student. My teaching style focuses on patience, clarity, and building confidence step by step.
I personalize my teaching methods based on each student’s needs and learning pace. Beginners are guided carefully to build a strong foundation, while intermediate learners are supported in improving technique and musical understanding. Advanced students focus on performance skills and deeper interpretation. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable practicing regularly and improving steadily.
Outside of teaching, I continue practicing and exploring different music styles to improve my own skills. This helps me bring fresh ideas into lessons and keep them engaging. Helping students grow in confidence and enjoy playing the piano is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My piano lessons are designed to help students build strong technical skills while also understanding music clearly. I focus on finger movement, hand coordination, note reading, rhythm accuracy, scales, and chord progressions so students can play smoothly and confidently. Lessons include structured exercises, guided practice, and carefully selected pieces that support step-by-step improvement. I create a calm and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable learning and progressing at their own pace.
Lessons are structured based on each student’s level and personal goals. Beginners start with simple note reading, basic hand positions, and easy songs to build confidence and coordination. Intermediate learners focus on improving technique, rhythm control, and musical expression while expanding their repertoire. Advanced students work on complex compositions, detailed interpretation, and performance preparation. Each lesson includes guided practice and detailed feedback to ensure steady progress.
The goal of my piano lessons is to help students become confident and independent musicians who enjoy playing and understanding music. They develop discipline, creativity, and strong technical ability while expressing themselves through the instrument. Lessons are designed to balance structured learning with enjoyment, helping students build long-term musical skills.
