About Elise
I have been teaching piano for 7 years and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students of different ages and experience levels, helping them develop strong foundations and lasting confidence. Music has always been an important part of my life, and I enjoy sharing that passion with others.
My teaching approach combines technical development with creativity and enjoyment. I believe students learn best when lessons are engaging, supportive, and adapted to their individual needs. Whether working on rhythm, technique, or performance skills, I encourage steady progress through positive guidance and practical learning methods.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring different musical styles and participating in collaborative music projects. These experiences help me bring fresh ideas into lessons and make learning more engaging. I love helping students discover their abilities and develop a lifelong appreciation for music.

I teach piano by helping students develop musical fluency from the very beginning. Lessons include finger independence exercises, note reading practice, rhythm training, chord recognition, and duet playing activities. I focus on making every concept practical and easy to understand through guided repetition and active participation. Students learn to connect technique with musical enjoyment in a supportive environment.
My lessons are personalized to suit different goals and learning styles. Some students focus on popular songs and accompaniment skills, while others work on sight reading, scales, and performance preparation. I provide clear explanations and structured exercises that help learners progress steadily without feeling overwhelmed. Every lesson encourages confidence and consistency.
I especially enjoy helping learners strengthen timing, coordination, and musical awareness. Students who want to perform, accompany others, or improve overall musicianship receive focused guidance throughout their learning journey. My goal is to help every student feel comfortable at the keyboard and enjoy meaningful musical growth.
