About Hollymarie
I enjoy teaching as I love how it allows my students to express themselves freely. Music is an amazing relief when you have a tough day or want to escape into a work of your own for a little while.
I enjoy seeing their hard work pay off when they excel in their exams. It makes them want to keep going and gives them a boost in their personal lives as well

Hi my names Holly and I’ve been playing the piano since I was 5 years old.
Whilst it did become second nature it can be tough work and practicing can be something that is not looked forward to.
This is why I encourage my students to bring in songs/singers they are fond of to keep the fun alive and have a healthy balance of grade work and exams and enjoyment.
I encourage learning by ear and slowly building up theory so students are well rounded within the musical world and if they choose it opens the door to other musical opportunities and instruments
