About Katie
I am a music graduate from CCCU and recently graduated my Masters degree in Early Childhood Education.
I have been playing the piano since I was 8 years old, I started in a keyboard club when I was in primary school. I then went on to a private tutor. Music has been an important part of my life since I can remember. I feel it is incredibly important for everyone to have the chance to have music as a part of their life.

My lesson will be most student, so they get exactly what they need from the session. I do have a structure to my lessons which being with warmup exercises, then some fun games to learn notes and scales etc. There is always a chance for the student to learn a specific song they have in mind. I like to keep the focus on the fun of learning to play. I will gear each lesson towards whatever that students needs are
