About Mara

With over 10 years of teaching experience, I am passionate about helping high school and college students master the art of piano through a personalized and inspiring approach. My lessons are designed to blend technical excellence with musical creativity, ensuring that every student builds a strong foundation while discovering their own artistic voice. I believe that music education should go beyond just notes and theory—it should empower students to connect emotionally with their instrument and express themselves with confidence.
My teaching style focuses on understanding each student’s strengths, goals, and learning pace. I take pride in tailoring lessons to suit individual needs, whether a student aims to perform professionally, prepare for examinations, or simply enjoy playing as a creative outlet. By combining structured practice routines with interactive learning, I make lessons engaging and effective. I also integrate modern techniques, ear training, and composition exercises to help students develop a well-rounded understanding of music.
