About Aaron
Hi, my name is Aaron. I have recently completed my Professional Master of Education (PME). I am a Teaching Council registered teacher with experience teaching English and Geography at post-primary level.
I am passionate about helping students build confidence, improve their understanding of subjects, and achieve their academic goals. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs and focus on developing subject knowledge and exam techniques in a supportive environment.
Outside of teaching, I have a keen interest in sport. I play rugby with Cavan Rugby Club and coach basketball, including school teams and summer camps. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills that I bring into my teaching. I offer grinds for Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate students, as well as support for students transitioning into secondary school.

I take a student-centered approach to tutoring, tailoring lessons to each student's needs and goals. My focus is on building confidence, improving subject knowledge, and developing strong exam techniques through discussion, active questioning, revision strategies, and exam-style practice.
Lessons typically last one hour and include a mix of instruction, guided practice, and feedback.
I have recently completed my Professional Master of Education (PME). I am registered with the Teaching Council and have classroom experience teaching English and Geography at post-primary level.
My grinds are suitable for Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate students, as well as students preparing to start secondary school.
