First, I create confidence in the student by sharing that every soul is unique, and that our life is what we have made it.... And that we can change and re-make what we made. This is the beauty of human life - we can always start living anew, every day is a new life, a new opportunity. My approach blends modern research in science/management with ancient spiritual verities common to all faiths and actionable yoga-meditation techniques. My own 48-year practical work experience, including the experience in teaching/coaching tens of thousands over the last two decades, helps a lot!

Life coaching by Hans sir is life changing. I took his lessons for more than a year and later my wife & parents joined his training as well. The sessions were on holistic body-mind-soul wellness. The coaching was spiritual as well as scientific, and it included yoga-meditation and several other things like principles of self-motivation, stress and conflict management, value-based positive perceptions, etc. The sessions actually helped us all greatly in being healthier, happier and more fulfilled.
