I am a Biotechnologist Post Graduate student..Teaching experience more than 2 years. I'm certified in Computer Aided Drug Discovery, CRISPR GENE Editing tools..Past few years I taught 33 students among them 25 students achieved good A+ grade on my subject.

I personally enjoy the Socratic method and inquiry-based learning.When it comes to deal with students struggling with school work, have the students be as active as possible in their own activities. Rather than having a single activity that you repeat, use multiple ones and teach the students how to lead these activities. I would have assignments for those that finished their reading which included creating illustration, scavenger hunts that I would use with the entire class. Of course not everybody wanted to join in doing this, but usually 80% or more did.
