I prefer to conduct a 1-hour online class from 5 am to 8, 5 pm to 9 pm every day. Each learner is unique and their method of learning differs. Therefore, I conduct need analysis to understand my learners. It helps me to create personalised lesson plans for them. Activity-based practices which duplicate a natural acquisition of the basic skill of listening, reading writing and speaking is a plus in my classes.
