About Indhra
I conduct tests at the end of every week and try to clear up all doubts related to their subjects taught at school. I like mentoring students to come forward with their creative ideas in their school project work. Students who are a little lagging behind in their grades, especially primary school, I can help them by giving extra time to explain the content where they are lagging behind. I am doing my Training and Assessment currently in Monash which gives me the ability to visualize how to tailor the current generation who are very much good in their digital skills but lack implementation in their education.

I have been volunteering young students including my kid in various subjects such as Humanity, Science, Environmental education, Basic Microbiology (Virus/Bacteria/Parasites/Fungi). It is important to understand the student's outlook towards the subject. Conducting interviews by asking a few questions orally improves understanding and validates the candidate quickly. The initial step will be a time-consuming part.

Details
My initial validation class will be between 30 to 45 minutes depending on the subject and candidate. It will be totally free. If the candidate prefers to extend the first class for more than 1 hour then it might be charged based on the other constraints, any interruptions / Network availability/ distraction of a family member of either the staff or the candidate especially through online. I strongly advise the student to keep things ready, if the student is very young, then the attender should make sure the student is having the materials like Notebook / school homework sheets with stationery items ready in hand as this might impact the time and hourly rates causing unnecessary inconveniences.
