About Sasha

Hi! My name's Sasha, I'm a recent post-graduate gaining a BA in Middle Eastern & Religious Studies from SOAS, continuing my time at SOAS to gain an MSc in Politics of the Middle East. I have been tutoring for nearly 3 years now, teaching a wide range of students, including teaching and tutoring inside the Middle East and I'm here to help you achieve what you need; whether it be exams, essays or just general acquisition of knowledge in the Humanities! I am here to help you achieve academic success and development in the following areas: - History - Middle Eastern Studies - Religious Studies - Foreign Politics - Current Affairs - Sociology I hope that we can work together soon, to help you be the best you can be!

About the lesson

I have previously taught to students from vastly different backgrounds, teaching refugees and businessmen alike. I find that the best way to structure my lessons is to include a vast range of teaching methods, from participatory mind maps and how to construct ideas into well-formed written arguments to relative healthy debates and analysis of course materials. I should also add that from my experience as a tutor I have found accommodating to the individual's specific aims and needs is a must for any successful improvement, therefore all my lessons and teaching methods can be suited to whatever goalpoint is set, be it academic or otherwise.

Sasha has been a good friend of mine for 15 years now. I would recommend him to be a trustworthy tutor because he has always been reliable and educates in a way that is so informative and useful without ever being patronising. He has taught me many things over the years which I am so grateful for. He really would be an asset to Superprof.

Sasha and I have been best friends for a very long time and mostly housemates during this time too. I have had the absolute pleasure of being around Sasha around this time. It is not only because he is an amazing, kind and patient person but the fact he has taught me so many things that I will carry for the rest of my life. Sasha and I have spent many hours talking history, culture, life, politics, nature and the list goes on and on because Sasha is just a vessel of knowledge. I would recommend everyone in the world to spend some time with Sasha and enjoy soaking in all the great information that he has in such a fun and light way. I would say he is a style is laid back factual teacher but always helping you focused towards your goals. It is like having your best friend who is a teacher because your best friend will always want to help you achieve your goals! I recommend Sasha because without the knowledge he is an absolute representation of how a person should treat other people therefore with the motivation to teach and guide he is the absolute best Superprof a person could ask for! You will not be disappointed by the level of quality Sasha will provide and how hard he will work to help you reach success also he is so much fun to hang with that you won't want to stop having lessons with him!
