First of all, teaching is never a one-sided effort; teaching involves active participation between students and
teachers. It is never a monologue, but rather a dialogue. First of all, as a teacher, I will try to teach my
students, first of all, the basic concepts according to the syllabus, then would take their response as to how
much they understood the topic in what manner they were able to grasp, doubts if any, if anything they would
like to add would be catered to, in which the manner in which I am teaching if the students are unable to
reciprocate would be altered in the manner in which they are able the topics as required by the syllabus. The
method would involve regular doubt-clearing sessions, regular assessment in the form of an oral test and a
written test, if possible, to promote regular study behavior in the students. The teaching method would
encompass the regular case analysis in which cases would be analyzed on a regular basis which would
inculcate the promotion of the manner in which the knowledge is worked in practical area how the provisions
are applied to the facts at hand
