About Kieran
I am a Powerlifter and Bodybuilding enthusiast having 3 years experience in both, my current total is 602.5Kg @74kg with a 230kg squat, 220kg deadlift and 152.5kg benchpess. I can offer individually tailored training programs for your specific goals, offering plans in Strength training, Bodybuilding, Powerbuilding and Fat loss. I have experience coaching 9 clients all for different goals and to a high level of success. From a stength perspective after running one 8 week training block with me the minimum improvement to the combined bench, squat and deadlift is 20kg with the highest being 50kg!

I have experience training 9 clients all at multiple levels and for multiple goals, the lowest level being a complete beginner and the highest level being a fully qualified personal trainer. Wether your goal is strength gain, muscle gain or fat loss, i can tailor a program and diet plan to you that fits around you.
