About Yejin
Living abroad for many years has given me a deep personal understanding of the challenges and rewards of learning a foreign language. This journey inspired my passion for teaching Korean and helping students feel confident from day one.
I am currently completing my degree in Korean Language Education, having successfully finished my formal teaching practicum. My background allows me to combine academic structure with genuine empathy. Hi! I’m Yejin, a passionate native Korean tutor currently completing my degree in Korean Language Education with completed practical teaching training. Having lived abroad for many years, I deeply understand the challenges of learning a new language.
My teaching approach focuses on practical, real-life communication and empathy. I use structured learning materials, such as the King Sejong Institute curriculum, tailored to each student’s goals. Lessons typically run for 30 to 60 minutes, blending foundational grammar, essential vocabulary, and interactive speaking practice using real-world scenarios.
Whether you are a complete beginner, a young learner, or an adult wanting to master conversational Korean, my classes are open to all ages and levels in a supportive and encouraging environment!
