About Ayhan
I have been running for over 3,5 years, I ran about 100 races, 15 of them abroad, I got good rankings and podium in important races. I now share this experience with other runners, share them with them to make them run in a sustainable and healthy way, and advise them and follow their progress and development.

My classes are applicable and ideal for beginners to intermediate runners. 1 lecture hour passes with application, technical knowledge, question and answer and determination of development area.
