About YogNiti
Vishal Gudulkar, your Yoga Teacher, aims to share a practice, with influences from classical and more contemporary Ashtanga Yoga traditions, which is adaptable for all. Having a background based in fitness and an interest in different philosophical systems, Vishal discovered the benefits of yoga in his late 30s. He is renowned Runner from Kolhapur and has been running many marathons from 2015. As a runner and cyclist, he turned to the yogic breathing techniques and yoga practices helped him to be better for the overall performance. He has maintained a daily practice which has had a profoundly positive effect upon his physical and mental well-being. He continues to develop his practice and understanding of the principles and philosophy of yoga by exploring different approaches and attending different programs all over India. Vishal has completed his Diploma in Yoga Teacher from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik in 2023. Also, he has completed Yoga Pravesh, Yoga Parichay and Yoga Prabodh from Department of Ayush, Gov. Maharashtra at Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik in 2023. His wish is to pass on his experience and understanding of yoga instructively, yet also with delight and passion.
