About Wafa

I am Wafa, a Coach-Therapist, certified Master Life Coach, Master Hypnotherapist, NLP / Timeline Therapy Practitioner, Compassion Key Practitioner, and Art Therapist.

I guide highly sensitive individuals and those in search of awakening, harmonisation, and elevation of their human experience.

For over ten years, I have explored personal development through the paths of creativity, which I consider an essential key to fully living one’s human experience.

This exploration led me to create and share what I call the Art of Creative Living — an approach that connects consciousness, emotions, the body, and authentic expression.

Driven by deep sensitivity, refined intuition, and a strong interest in human behavior and psychosomatic manifestations, I support each individual in learning to listen to their body, calm the mind, follow the guidance of the heart, and reconnect with their deeper essence.

I help my clients navigate stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, burnout, emotional distress, and psychosomatic challenges, while rebuilding self-esteem, cultivating confidence, embodying clarity, and learning to consciously shape their reality with intention and awareness.

My work aims to release old memories, reveal the Authentic Self beyond fear and uncertainty, and awaken creative and generative energy — the source of inner peace, fulfillment, and self-realisation.

My guidance, both concise and in-depth, fosters emotional autonomy and opens a safe path of inner exploration, allowing each person to become an active participant in their own transformation.

Before fully answering my calling, I spent nearly 15 years supporting the expansion of international organizations such as The Economist and the Dubai Opera.

These experiences enriched my understanding of the world and allowed me to develop strong skills in management, adaptability, and applied creativity.

Today, I hold the deep conviction that life is not merely about surviving or adapting, but about consciously creating — a living work of art that each of us can sculpt with awareness and love.

I encourage each person to practice creative and generative adjustment, aligning with the vibration of indigo — the color of wisdom and elevation — in order to walk the path of their innate and embodied truth.

Are you experiencing a difficult emotion, a recurring blockage, inner suffering, or a repeating pattern, without always understanding why or how to find lasting peace?

This therapeutic coaching session is an individual exploration and inner healing session designed for sensitive individuals or those on a personal journey who feel the need to reconnect with themselves with more gentleness, understanding, and love.

This session is rooted in a positive psychology approach, focused on developing self-compassion, emotional regulation, and inner well-being. It aims to strengthen personal resources, self-esteem, and a kind relationship with oneself.

SESSION OBJECTIVES:

Starting from a current challenge, a present emotion (sadness, anger, fear, shame, guilt, feelings of abandonment, lack of worth, etc.), or a difficult inner experience, this session offers a space for deep and compassionate dialogue with an essential part of yourself: your inner child.

The goal is to connect with this sensitive, sometimes wounded or forgotten part of ourselves in order to:

- understand what is happening at a deeper level
- acknowledge the primary emotion at the root of the distress
- offer it listening, recognition, and security
- gradually transform this emotional burden into a more peaceful, restorative, and constructive state.

This session is based entirely on exchange, presence, and guided inner dialogue. It is not a meditation, but a conscious and interactive consultation, allowing us to revisit certain memories, patterns, or beliefs with a fresh, more mature, and more loving perspective.

Throughout the session, we work specifically on:

- reconnecting with the inner child
- developing self-love and self-esteem
- understanding and transforming limiting beliefs
- releasing repetitive emotional patterns
- reconciling with sensitive or rejected parts of ourselves.

This process helps to soothe old wounds and re-establish a healthier, fairer, and more secure inner relationship.

WHAT THIS SESSION CAN BRING YOU

At the end of the session, you may experience:
