About Katie
FL native, yoga practitioner of 10 years, teacher of 3. Once I began strengthening the relationship between my mind, body, and soul, it became evident to me that this practice is all too underrated, and its benefits have been all too often overlooked. From then on, I knew it was a part of my purpose to hold this space for others. I completely understand that trying something new, or getting back into something after a while, especially when moving the body, can be extremely scary and maybe a bit discouraging, but let me tell you, there is NOTHING braver than showing up fully for yourself, with vulnerability. Allow yourself to be fully immersed into your practice as you release your worries to me, even if just for an hour. Receive the benefits of your own unlocked potential in an intentionally safe and curated container, from the comfort of your living room. Each session is accompanied by a curated playlist created just for you!

Experienced in teaching all levels, all class forms. All classes begin and end with a short meditation for transition and grounding purposes.
We can take it slow with Restore, Yin, Slow Flow, or simply the guided meditation alone.
I am also experienced in Hatha, Power, Sculpt & Flow, and Bikram / Hot yoga for a bit of additional heat in the body!
Depending on what it is your body needs, we can always find a pace somewhere in between.
Your practice with me is customized exactly to what you are seeking to improve, work on, or review. I am here for YOU!
