About Julianna
Graduating with an MMus in Vocal Studies from Berklee College of Music provided the technical foundation for my 13 years of instruction. The resonance of a well-supported note vibrates clearly through the room during our initial warm-up exercises. I guide students through genre styling including pop, classical, and musical theater while focusing on breathing control.
Sight singing and diction are cornerstones of my process for grade exam candidates. Working with nervous beginners and advanced performers alike, I ensure progress is measurable. 8 years of specialized focus on exam criteria defines my pedagogical approach.

Singing often feels like a physical mystery until the mechanics are demystified through consistent practice. Tension is actually the primary enemy of a resonant sound rather than a lack of natural ability.
I integrate breath control and articulation exercises into every 6 minute segment of our technical drills. My MMus background informs the precise feedback I offer during sight singing practice. Students learn to navigate complex musical theatre or classical scores with newfound clarity. You will find your voice capable of meeting any examination standard with ease.
