About Luke
I am a year 11 student at Lawrence Sheriff Grammar School who is predicted grade 8s and 9s at GCSE. Outside of school I am a Royal Marine cadet and amateur kickboxer. I am a national champion in kickboxing and qualified to fight for Team England in the 2025 World Championships in Canada. I believe these activities have given me the ability to work well under pressure and have made me resilient. I hope to pass on these qualities to those I teach. I have been teaching children martial arts for the past two years and I feel it has given me skills necessary to be a good tutor and patience to deal with children

I will use past paper questions to identify areas that the student needs work in and spend more time covering these topics, lessons will be one hour long for GCSE students or below. I work well with younger students and have experience teaching martial arts, which has given me skills suited for helping children learn. I am predicted grade 8s and 9s at GCSE in all of my subjects
