About BEAR and WOLF YOGA
I am a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher and a Yoga Alliance certified pregnancy yoga teacher.
I've been teaching yoga for 2 years and have been practising yoga for over 6 years. I gained my yoga for a pregnancy teacher certificate in March with the Elbow Room, Dublin.

I teach pregnancy yoga in a way that women can feel empowered in their bodies, feel strong, and feel supported. I encourage women to listen to their bodies and to move in a way that feels right for them and their baby.
I offer a 6-week series to my clients. Throughout the 6 weeks, I'll offer you tools to take off the mat and bring into your birthing journey
.
We'll move through yoga postures to strengthen, build stamina + endurance
Pelvic floor practices to strengthen and to relax for birth
Breathwork to calm and to prepare for birth
Visualisation + affirmation practices to empower and build trust
Connect with baby
Bring your birth partner too for support
