About Martin
With 15 years of ESL teaching experience, I specialise in helping high school and college students improve their English proficiency, confidence, and practical communication skills. My teaching philosophy centres on personalised learning, tailoring each lesson to the student’s strengths, goals, and learning style.
I combine structured grammar and vocabulary instruction with interactive reading, writing, speaking, and listening exercises, using real-life examples to make lessons engaging and applicable.

I use a C³P framework—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving—to make English learning engaging and meaningful. I also offer instruction in complementary subjects such as literature, essay writing, and communication strategies to build a versatile skill set.
