About Claire
My name is Claire and I’m 32 years old. I have been a primary school teacher for 10 years and teach yoga in schools and studios in Sydney. I enjoy tutoring because I love seeing students believe in themselves, learn hard things, and feel independent in English and Math. I used to find school hard and would often never put my hand up for help because I didn’t want to seem like I didn’t know what I was doing. I want to help you the way I wish someone had helped me during school. I make learning fun with games, art, and workbook questions.

With a background in education and wellbeing, I build genuine relationships to support a positive learning journey where growth and self confidence is experienced. Through a mixed learning approach of games, art and workbook resources- students successfully bridge learning gaps in primary literacy and numeracy. Whether your child is transitioning into kindergarten or middle school, falling behind in their current year group, struggling under test conditions. I’m here to help I also cater for diverse learning needs and difficulties such as: dysgraphia, dyslexia, executive functioning, ADHD and Autism.
