About Jasmin
I am a fully qualified and experienced primary school teacher with 8 years of teaching experience, offering high-quality, personalised tutoring through JM Tutoring.
As a practising teacher, I have a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum, from Year 1 to Year 6, and the skills children need to become confident, independent learners. I have experience supporting children with a wide range of abilities and learning needs, and I hold a Master’s degree in Special and Inclusive Education, alongside a SENCO qualification.
My tutoring sessions are designed to be engaging, supportive and tailored to each individual child. I take the time to understand a child’s current attainment, identify areas for development and build sessions around their specific needs, interests and learning style.
I believe that children learn best when they feel comfortable, encouraged and successful. My aim is not simply to help children complete more work, but to develop their confidence, resilience and enjoyment of learning.
Whether your child needs additional support with a particular area, wants to consolidate learning from school, or would benefit from greater challenge, I provide a calm and positive learning environment where they can make meaningful progress.
