About Vaishnavi
My name is Vaishnavi, 22 years old and live in Delhi. I have done B.El.Ed (Bachelors of Elementary Education) from Gargi College, Delhi University in 2022. I am also CTET qualified. I have also done a ten-week online professional development course (Teaching English for 21st-century skills) from Embassy of US, New Delhi. I have also done a few teaching internships both online (in organization 'Teach for India') and offline (in school Andhra Education Society).

My classroom will be interactive and judgment-free zone for the students. I will be using a constructive approach for students' better understanding as knowledge is more important than rote learning. I am going to focus on students' critical thinking skills and holistic development using real-life examples that make them excited for the learning and not to make them feel bored of studies.
