About Ana Teresa
My 217h training was done at Alba - Portuguese Brazilian Ayurveda Association. Since 2016 I have been teaching both in groups and individually. Yoga is a practice that has been with me for several years and it is very gratifying to see how it increases the quality of life, providing balance, strength, focus and well-being.
Private classes are adapted to each one's condition, so that the progress made is solid.
The environment is safe, airy and some recommendations will be given to students for entry and stay in the place.

Hatha yoga is a practice that seeks to balance body and mind.
Through breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas), relaxation and meditation, perfect harmony and increased vitality of the body are achieved.
The classes will consist of performing various asanas, including balance, twisting, bending, stretching, inversions and lateralizations, as well as breathing exercises, concentration, mantra chanting and relaxation.
O yoga is a powerful tool for self-knowledge, as it helps us understand our bodies, observe our thoughts and how they interfere with our emotions. different bodies: physical, mental and energetic.
