About Elena
I have always felt a great devotion for teaching. I graduated in Foreign Language Teaching 10 years ago, and since then I have been teaching in schools and individuals; children and adults, which has given me a great capacity to connect well with people.
I spent years practicing yoga and, finally, in 2017 I decided to go to India to become a teacher.
The students I work with see improvements from the first day, both physically and mentally, which motivates me even more to continue in this beautiful path.

I am a certified Yoga teacher of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa recognized by the International Yoga Alliance. I was lucky to be attend the yoga teacher training in the cradle of this beautiful discipline (India) and I would love to share all my knowledge with you.

Elena es una profesora excepcional.
Es muy atenta y cuida mucho de sus alumnos. Transmite serenidad y seguridad.
Cuando conoces a Elena el tiempo se detiene. Ella sabe escuchar y te transmite su paz, fundamental creo para una profesora de yoga. Te enseña a conectar con lo mejor de ti, empleando tecnicas de pranayana, meditacion etc. Para mi ha sido una gran experiencia. No exige pero sí, te pregunta sobre tu estado, y se fija en como haces las asanas, corrigiendo cualquier posición que pueda hacer daño.
La recomiendo cien por cien.Elena me da clases particulares en mi domicilio. Siempre es muy flexible en horarios y adapta la clase a las zonas del cuerpo que quiero trabajar. Hace las mejores relajaciones finales y meditación guiada. Totalmente recomendable!
