About Celeste Lucia
Celeste Lucia is a student and dancer from Brooklyn, NY. She has danced since the age of 3 and trained in ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, tap, forró, salsa, lyrical, and acro. She assists teaching childrens’ dance classes and is a member of a pre-professional student dance company at Mark Morris Dance Center. Celeste is deeply passionate about dance and her ultimate goal is to inspire confidence and artistry, and to coach technique in a supportive, professional, and positive environment.

My lessons offer rigorous training and individualized attention to help you to reach more of your potential as a dancer with a focus on flexibility and strength conditioning. My lessons are very personalized and focus on the dancer’s individual needs and abilities at whatever pace makes the most sense for them. I begin with getting to know to you, your goals, dance background (if any), and how you learn best. Then our lessons consist of warm-up, stretching and strength training, and practicing learning choreography.
