About Maryla
I am a UK-trained hypnotherapist, homebirth midwife and KGH hypnobirthing teacher with 10+ years of experience working in the NHS and abroad.
I speak 5 languages and have worked with parents-to-be from across the globe, helping them bring their babies into the world.
I have extensive experience working with pregnant women and pregnant people and am also available for 1-to-1 individual sessions - please feel free to contact me!

About the lesson

A full 12 hour hypnobirthing package with integrated antenatal classes online and tailored to your needs.
The package can be divided into 3-4 sessions or can be taught intensively over a weekend. There will be lots of time for questions.
We will cover hypnobirthing, hypnosis, the power of your body, how babies are born, how partners can be the best partners ever, how to navigate the maternity system and much more.
Based on experience working as a hypnotherapist, on the KGH Hypnobirthing method and with years of experience working as a midwife in the maternity system, both at home and in hospital.
