Perfect! Nerea was amazing from the first day we met! The way she explains the lessons and has everything pre-planned really shows the level of expertise she takes in her profession! Perfect! As someone from India it appears to me that Nerea has exceptional and deep expertise in the craft of yoga. She knows different practices and schools of thought in the discipline and is able to cater to specific needs of her clients. I will certainly be taking more lessons with her!
Nerea is a delightful person and a very responsible teacher. She has the necessary electronic equipment to have an online class seem like an in-person class. The verbal instructions she gives are precise and her knowledge of the posture movements and how they affect the body is impressive. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to take yoga lessons!
