Hello! My name is Abdul Rehman, and I am passionate about helping young learners build a strong foundation in English and Math. I have successfully completed my GCSEs at GEMS Wellington Silicon Oasis, passed my Foundation program at Heriot-Watt University, and I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree at Heriot-Watt University. I have 6 months of private tutoring experience, working with children from Kindergarten to Year 4, and I understand how to adapt my lessons to different learning styles. My approach is patient, encouraging, and engaging, ensuring that every child feels confident and supported. My Approach to Tutoring
I focus on building a strong foundation in basic English and Math for young learners from Kindergarten to Year 4. My teaching style is interactive and student-centered, ensuring that children not only understand the material but also enjoy learning. I use a mix of worksheets, visual aids, games, and real-life examples to keep lessons engaging and easy to follow.
Each lesson typically lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the child’s focus and energy level, to ensure effective learning without overwhelming them.
I have successfully completed my GCSEs at GEMS Wellington Silicon Oasis, passed my Foundation at Heriot-Watt University, and I am currently pursuing further studies at Heriot-Watt University. In addition, I have 6 months of private tutoring experience, where I helped young students improve their confidence and skills in both English and Math.
My lessons are ideal for children aged 4 to 9 years old (Kindergarten to Year 4) who need extra support in school subjects, practice with homework, or a boost in confidence.
