About Thalita
Seven years of experience in Physical Education.
Two years as Professor of Specialization in Fitness and Strength Training - Gama Filho University and Estacio de Sa University .
Two years as Professor of Graduate in Physical Education from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) - as substitute teacher. Working in the areas of Educational Application of Gymnastics and Research Methodology. Participant of several research projects. Author of more than 9 scientific articles. Guiding and evaluating dozens of TCCs.

I am a graduate, specialist and Master of Physical Education, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Doctorate in Nursing and Life Sciences, Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) - incomplete and; Doctorate in Medicine (Infectious and Parasitic Diseases), UFRJ - incomplete. I am also graduate in Business Administration from the Estacio de Sa University. Experience in Post graduation from the Gama Filho University (UGF) and Estacio de Sa University (UNESA) and graduation of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, where I taught the Pedagogical Application disciplines of gymnastics and Research Methodology as well as participate in research projects and guide many TCCs.
I also act in practice as a personal trainer, physical fitness evaluator and teacher, functional training and collective activities - stretching, gymnastics, spinning, running, etc.
I love what I do and love even more to share experiences and knowledge.
I offer: Writing classes (building texts), Portuguese, Anatomy, Physiology, Immunology, Sports Training, Scientific Research Methodology, Review and TCC Formatting, TCC Guidance, Research Projects, Exercise, Exercise for the elderly and special groups, gymnastics and stretching, group lessons, Fitness Activities, Oral Presentation and presentations preparation.
