About Jasmine
I am a recent graduate of The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (Diploma Musical Theatre) with a Foundation Acting degree from the Guildford School of Acting. I am currently an employed professional actor, looking to tutor others who may be hoping to start a career in Acting or audition for drama school. Drama school auditions can be tough, and I feel the best tutor for them is someone who has been through them personally.
I can also teach beginners Acting, with pretty physical one-to-one training, much like I was taught at drama school.
I am also a professional artist alongside acting. I specialise in Graphite portraiture, but have professional skills in Digital Art and Watercolour. I got consistent A*s in GCSE art and As at A Level, with some of my work winning the Le Poidevin prize for art while I was at school. I have taught many friends and now feel confident to teach others, either help them with their GCSE/A level coursework, or give absolute beginners tips.
I can teach adult art also, from beginners to people who want to branch out to learn a new skill like portraiture, I’m happy to help.
I was also an A* student in English Literature, with one of my pieces of coursework being sent to the board as exemplary work. I am confident in tutoring children who are taking GCSE/A Level Literature.
I can also combine these skills and help tutor kids who are studying Shakespeare. Shakespeare can feel very overwhelming at first, but I can easily break it down for children, and help them really understand and get to grips with the text - whether for literature or acting purposes.
I can also teach basic singing. I am trained in Musical Theatre and I feel confident to teach basic technique and tone, however I only play very basic piano which I why I don’t teach any higher levels of singing, as I feel this requires a piano teacher also.

Jasmine has been excellent at giving me a variety of acting and performance tips and feedback. As well as vocal coaching to with projecting and being able to perform for sustained periods of time without losing my voice.
I've known Jasmine for many years and she's a very talented artist and an excellent tutor! I can't recommend her enough. She is very loyal and dedicated and her portraits are fantastic. She made drawing a lot more accessible to me.
