Richard has a real deep knowledge of the English language and can explain all features of the language with a lot of examples and consolidate knowledge using appropriate homework assignments . My goal is to understand and feel English, not only "speak" and I'm sure that Richard will help me on my way.

I have found my lessons with Richard to be both extremely enjoyable and instructive. He always comes prepared – on our first meeting we read a very interesting text on the Stockholm underground that assessed difficulties with my English pronounciation. Richard made it fun by actually showing me pictures of the art installations there and we had a nice chat about it. So I didn't feel so terrible about my mistakes in the end. That being said, we quickly got to work on them in further lessons and Richard has a good ear and great suggestions on how to overcome pronounciation challenges. We have worked on tongue twisters, read interesting texts and had delightful chats about art, science, travelling, living in Europe and politics – all the while Richard kept 'an ear out' for any mistakes I might make and gently corrected me. I highly recommend studying with Richard. You will not regret it!
