I am a Personal trainer and online coach whose passion for health and fitness led to becoming professional in the field and it shaped who I am now. I am still as passionate as I was almost 15 years ago starting my professional fitness journey in big city gym in central London where I spent most of my career up to recently.

Details
My charges are 240£ for pack of 4 sessions or 480£ for pack of 8 sessions - that’s personal training. Online coaching charges are 250£ a month and it includes personalised app in which you have your training plans and meal plans, WhatsApp support 24/7 and weekly checking.
