About Samantha
As a life coach I have been coaching professionally for the past decade. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology, and professionally recognized certification as a life coach and a relationship coach. I also served 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. I take my sessions to help others very seriously, and work hard to genuinely teach my clients how to create depth and a vivaciousness to their life. We aren't here for a long time, but the time we are here, I believe we should make the most of our lives...and ones that we are proud of and comfortable in.

As a professional and well-educated life coach I have worked with clients for the past decade through self-development and empowerment to live a life that they are comfortable in and proud of. Sessions for my clients can be 30 or 60 minute sessions, these sessions are remote. I also offer couples sessions at request. Specific areas I handle are: -Personal Development: Development of self-esteem and self-confidence, overcoming limiting beliefs, leadership, and providing motivation. -Health Management: Stress management, grief and loss recovery, and spirituality. -Relationship Coaching: Improvement of communication and conflict resolution, development of empathy and emotional intelligence, and setting boundaries to establish a healthy environment.
