About Alisa

I am a professional ballet dancer and dance teacher with many years of experience in ballet and dance. I studied at a ballet academy in Oslo and also trained in rhythmic gymnastics at an Olympic Reserve Sports School. I have around 18 years of ballet experience. I have worked with children, teenagers and adults at different levels, as well as figure skaters and rhythmic gymnasts. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping students improve their technique, flexibility, coordination and confidence. I am patient, friendly and always try to create a positive and comfortable atmosphere in my classes.

About the lesson

In offering ballet, contemporary dance for beginners, stretching and body conditioning classes. In my lessons, we work on ballet technique, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and posture. I also include exercises from gymnastics and contemporary dance. I work with both children and adults, including figure skaters and rhythmic gymnasts. I can also help prepare students for ballet competitions, performances and exams. Every lesson is adapted to the student's level, needs and goals. My aim is to make lessons enjoyable and help students feel more confident, improve their technique and develop their bodies at their own pace.
