About Nils
With a knowledge of classic cocktails in particular and a palate that I have been able to develop over time, precision and balance of tastes are my mottos!
Passionate about cocktails and mixology, I left my native Switzerland at the age of 21 for London with the aim of training myself to work in the best bars in the world.
My London experience has allowed me to work at Bar Termini (ranked 6th best bar in the world in 2018) as well as 69 Colebrook Row (8th), Untitled bar...
I also won the Möet-Hennessy Assemblage Suisse competition in 2019.
In 2020 I worked in the bar Luciole, in Cognac, a magnificent bar within the very heart of the city where the spirit of the same name is born.
