About Parul
Hi, I’m a professional belly dance artist and educator with over 5 years of teaching and performance experience. I believe belly dance is more than just learning steps—it’s a journey of building confidence, improving posture, enhancing body awareness, and expressing yourself through movement.
My classes are designed to be welcoming, structured, and beginner-friendly while maintaining strong technical foundations. Whether you’re dancing for fitness, creativity, or simply the joy of movement, I’ll guide you at your own pace in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Each lesson focuses on technique, musicality, body isolation, and graceful movement, helping you develop skills with confidence while enjoying the learning process. My goal is to make every class a space where you feel empowered, inspired, and excited to dance.
